Apartments
Apartments are our specialty — stairs and all.
Tight hallways, elevator windows, freight-only entrances, and moving-truck parking bans. We know the apartment complexes across the Quad Cities.
What's included at the hourly rate
Elevator plan
We book the elevator window with you if the property requires it.
Stair discipline
Straps and shoulder harnesses so heavy pieces don’t catch corners.
Floor protection
Runners in hallways and door protectors on frames when needed.
Best for
- Studio and one-bedroom moves
- Two- and three-bedroom apartments
- Roommate splits
- Move-in-day loading for new leases
Not included
- Coordinating with the leasing office (customer handles keys and holds)

Crew-size guidance
Studios and one-bedrooms: two movers. Two-bedrooms with stairs or long carries: three. Three-bedroom apartments: three or four.
The booking wizard recommends a crew size based on rooms, stairs, and heavy items. Anything unusual is reviewed by dispatch before your card is charged.
Frequently asked
