Moving Service Agreement

This is a plain-language summary of the River Bend Moving Labor service agreement. The countersigned version stored in your account is the binding document.

Scope of service

River Bend Moving Labor provides moving labor only \u2014 loading, unloading, packing, unpacking, furniture rearranging, storage-unit moving, and office moving. We do not provide, rent, arrange, or operate moving trucks or transportation.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide and legally park the truck, trailer, or container.
• Provide safe working conditions and reasonable access.
• Be present or designate an authorized adult during the job.
• Disclose heavy or specialty items in advance.

Time and billing

Time begins per the terms of your booking and is billed hourly with the minimum shown on your estimate. Additional time is billable and must be approved by you before it accrues.

Excluded items

Certain items may be refused, including undisclosed heavy items, hazardous materials, ammunition, and live animals.

Claims

Claims must follow the claims policy.
