Plans change. Here is how rescheduling and cancellation work for River Bend Moving Labor bookings.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule without a fee up to 48 hours before your arrival window, subject to crew availability. Inside 48 hours, we'll do our best but cannot promise a new window on the same week during busy months.
Cancellation
- More than 48 hours before your arrival window: full deposit refund.
- 24\u201348 hours before: half of the deposit is retained to cover crew scheduling.
- Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: the full deposit is retained.
Weather and unsafe conditions
If dispatch cancels for weather or unsafe conditions, the deposit is refunded or applied to your rescheduled job at no additional cost.
