Claims Policy

We document every job with before-and-after photos, and we take claims seriously. This policy explains how to submit one.
How to submit a claim
- Sign in to your account and open the completed booking.
- Tap “File a claim.”
- Provide the item, a short description, an estimated value, and photos of the damage.
Time window
Claims should be submitted within seven (7) days of job completion so we can review documentation while it is still current.
Review
A reviewer contacts you within two business days. Depending on the claim, the resolution may be a credit, a partial or full refund, an insurance referral, or a denial with an explanation.
What we do not cover
- Items packed by the customer where damage results from insufficient packing.
- Damage caused by defects in the customer's truck, trailer, or container.
- Pre-existing damage documented in our arrival photos.
This document is a plain-language operating policy, not legal advice. A countersigned service agreement supersedes any conflicting language here.
