Crew-size guidance
Unloads are usually faster than loads. A two-person crew handles most one-bedrooms; three is the sweet spot for a two- or three-bedroom home.
The booking wizard recommends a crew size based on rooms, stairs, and heavy items. Anything unusual is reviewed by dispatch before your card is charged.
Frequently asked
- Can you meet the container the day it’s dropped?
- Yes, subject to availability. Booking 3–5 days ahead is safest during summer and month-end.
- Will you reassemble furniture?
- Yes. Standard reassembly — beds, tables, cribs — is included in the hourly rate. Complex pieces are flagged at booking.
- What if I have stairs at the destination?
- Let us know at booking. Stairs and long carries add time but never a surprise fee.
